3. Cellular Jail – Port Blair
This is an important historical site in Port Blair. The British used this jail to keep Indian freedom fighters. Today, you can visit the jail, learn its history, and watch a light and sound show in the evening.

4. Ross Island (Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose Island)
This island was once the capital during British rule. Now, you can walk around old buildings that are partly covered by trees and roots. It’s a quiet and interesting place to explore.
5. Baratang Island
This is a great place for people who love adventure. You can see limestone caves, mud volcanoes, and ride through mangrove forests by boat. It’s a different side of Andaman and very exciting.
6. Zonal Anthropological Museum – Port Blair
This museum gives you a closer look at the lives and cultures of the tribal communities of the Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Furthermore, It displays culture and history of tribal community.
7. Naval Marine Museum Samudrika – Port Blair
Indian Navy runs this museum,it provides information on the history, environment, marine life, and native culture of the island. It is therefore an excellent educational destination for families and interested tourists.
8. Corbyn’s Cove Beach – Port Blair

This is one of the most accessible beaches in Port Blair. We relaxed, enjoyed coconut water by the shore. Also, it’s a great spot for watching the sunset.
9. Tiranga Memorial (Flag Point) – andaman and nicobar islands
A place of national pride, this memorial marks where Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose hoisted the Indian flag in 1943. It’s a peaceful place with beautiful views and historical significance.
10. Chidiyatapu Beach – Port Blair
Chidiyatapu, also referred to as the Sunset Point of Andaman, is roughly 25 kilometers from Port Blair. It’s a peaceful haven for nature enthusiasts, surrounded by lush forests and dense mangroves. With views of the ocean and flora on all sides, the drive to Chidiyatapu is similarly beautiful.
Bada Balu Beach, a peaceful and lesser-known beauty, is located close by. It’s ideal for getting away from the mob for a while. You can stroll along the shore, unwind, or listen to the waves.

By Flight: You can fly to Port Blair from cities like Delhi, Kolkata, and Chennai.
By Ship: Ships are available from Chennai, Kolkata, and Visakhapatnam, but the trip takes 3–4 days.
